Lost and found property
Property found at Auckland Airport can be claimed between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm, 7 days a week, from Airport Operations Reception.
This office, which can be found using our Airport maps, is located in the Airport Operations building at the rear of the international terminal.

- Duty free items found in the transit area will be passed on to NZ Customs
- Passengers who lose their passports, should contact the Airport Police on +64 9 275 9046.
- It is our policy to immediately destroy perishable goods, so please be aware of this
- Property is held for three months
- Please contact the airline you travelled with directly for any items left on board an aircraft
