Datacom Testing

Lost property found within the international and Domestic terminal can be claimed from our Operations Centre lost property office. To find it go behind check-in counter 54 and 55, along the walkway and out the back door to the Operations Centre at the rear of the International Terminal.

Our office is open 24 hours a day, but is locked outside of business hours (8am and 5pm Monday to Friday) so if you wish to claim property outside these hours you will just need to ring the doorbell and someone will come and help you. You will be given a reference number for your property which you must bring with you upon collection along with some photo ID. You can send someone on your behalf but must specify this person prior to picking up the items.

Duty free items which are left airside will be passed onto NZ Customs and you will need to contact them directly on +64 9 2556681 and they will advise you how to collect your items.

All Passports found will be given to the Airport Police and you should contact then directly on +64 9 2759046.

If your lost item was left on-board an aircraft you will need to contact your airline directly.

It is our policy that all perishable items be destroyed immediately, so please be aware of this.
