Listed below is a list of our current builds being undertaken at the Auckland Airport Business District.
 

		Project: The Landing Precinct Expansion Description: 9.5 hectares (net developable area) of land within Precinct B of The Landing Expected completion: Q3 2013 Location: At the end of Landing Drive, The Landing Click here to view under construction photos
		Project: Mountain Bike Trail Description: The Airport is currently in the process of constructing a network of family friendly Mountain Biking Trails with a pump track.  The network will provide the choice of  4-5 different trails and total around 4km in the first stage of construction.  The trails are being constructed to a beginner difficulty to enable families and children to ride them.  The trails are located amongst old farm land and provide great views of the airport along with a serene surrounding. A momentum keeping pump track will also be built to enable people to improve their riding skills. Expected completion: June 2013 Location: Between the Quad and Common
		Project: Sports Playing Field Description: The Airport is currently building a basic, recreational, grassed sports field to accommodate the likes of soccer, rugby and touch rugby activates. Expected completion: June 2013 Location: Between the Quad and Common
