Arrival pick up service
Why lug your shopping around with you on your trip, when you can safely leave it with us and conveniently pick it up when you get back to New Zealand?
On your departure, take your time to find the tax and duty free items you want at DFS or JR Duty Free. When you go to buy them you can choose to leave your shopping for pick up on arrival back into Auckland Airport - it could not be easier! On your return simply pick up your products when you get off the plane at the collection counters of DFS or JR Duty Free.
All you need to do is:
- Tell the helpful retail staff you want to use our free pick up on arrival service
- Keep your receipt
- Your purchases will be waiting for you at the Collection Point in international arrivals.
