How to book online

Booking your airport car parking is easy.  There are five simple steps.


Step 1: Find

  • Go to www.aucklandairport.co.nz
  • Check your flight tickets for the days you’re away, how long you’ll need a park for, and arrival and departure times from the airport.
  • In the Airport Parking calclulator on the homepage, select the terminal, and the dates and times and terminal you want to enter and leave the car park.  If you have a promotional code, enter it here.   Note – don’t forget to allow sufficient time for check-in and remember to select the correct time (either am or pm)
  • Click Check Availability to find a range of options available to you.


Step 2: Choose

  • A list of parking options that are suited to your requirements will be displayed. You can click on ‘Info & Map’ for further details on each car park.
  • Choose the option that best suits your needs.
  • Click BOOK NOW.


Step 3: Confirm

  • This page confirms your entry and exit dates, choice of car park, and the parking cost.
  • If you need to change any of the details, click CHANGE.
  • You can then either choose to upgrade your park, or proceed to the payment pages.


Step 4: Enter Details

  • This page confirms your entry and exit dates, choice of car park, and the parking cost.• If you need to change any of the details, click CHANGE.• You can then either choose to upgrade your park, or proceed to the payment pages.
  • Enter your personal details so we can process the booking.  Fields marked with an asterisk must be completed.


Step 5: Pay

  • Enter your credit card details for payment on the fully secure payment page. Leave no spaces between the digits.
  • Confirm which credit card you will be using to enter and exit the car park.
    This can be either the card that you have used to make your payment, or any other valid credit card.
  • When you’ve finished, click BOOK AND PAY
  • You will now receive an email confirmation of your booking.  The email will include a unique booking reference number which will enable you to amend your booking at any time, via the Manage my booking function.


Remember to bring the credit card you nominated in Step 5 to the Airport.  Upon entering your chosen car park, insert your nominated credit card at the entry barrier to gain access.  On your return, simply insert your nominated credit card at the exit barrier to gain exit.
