Travel to some destinations requires passengers to have an approved & printed Visa or Tourism Registered Number (TRN) Authorization on hand when checking in. If your destination provides an online Visa application facility (e.g. USA & Australia), simply apply for and print your Visa at the Smarte Carte counter opposite Qantas Business check in counters (Ground Floor Departures Area) before proceeding to check in.

Travels to some destinations (e.g. South East Asia, Pacific Islands & USA) require passengers to have a printed itinerary confirming your final destination and to establish proof of a returning / onward flight, on hand when checking in. Passengers can download and print an itinerary at the Smarte Carte counter opposite Qantas Business check in counters (Ground Floor Departures Area) before proceeding to check in.

New! Scanning, Copying, and Fax Services

Passengers can scan, copy, or fax printed documents at the Smarte Carte counter opposite Check-In Counter 67 (Ground Floor Departures Area).

Fax: $5.00 for first page then $2.00 for each subsequent page
Copy: $2.00 per page
