Services available
Arrival service
International and Domestic terminals
Our Concierge will be awaiting your arrival at the base of the airbridge in Auckland Airport’s distinctive blue uniform and will be holding a nameboard. From there, you will be escorted through Customs and into the baggage hall. If you have booked a porter as part of your service, you will be assisted at the baggage carousel and your bags will be taken care of. Your Concierge will then escort you through biosecurity screening and out to your waiting party in arrivals or onward travel arrangement.
Departure service
International and Domestic terminals
Depending on time available, our journey with you will end either at the boarding gate or in the main departures area where you can relax until your flight is called.
Transfer service
International to Domestic terminal, Domestic to International terminal, or inter-terminal transit

A minimum of 3 days' notice is required to secure your booking as spaces are strictly limited. Not designed for tour groups, maximum party size 10 guests. For large commercial group enquiries, please contact [email protected]. Not suitable for unaccompanied children under the age of 15 years. |

Our Concierge service is designed to work in conjunction with special assistance provided by your airline and is in no way intended to replace the services available free of charge. This service does not extend to wheelchair provision. |
