Locations at both international and domestic terminals
A designated area is located at the international and domestic terminals for immediate drop-off and pick-up only. At the international terminal this is located in the ground floor of the Transport Hub in the front of the international terminal. At the domestic terminal this is located in the forecourt. We do offer a range of services for dropping-off and picking-up, please see below.
Car Park D - Short Term Parking
Meeting or farewelling someone? The best place to park is Car Park D
Car Park D is located 7-10 minute walk from the terminal and offers both covered and uncovered parking, great for picking up or dropping off friends and family. If you would prefer, a free transfer bus to the terminal is available daily between 5am-11pm every 15 minutes from both car parks D & E.
The Wait Zone
The easiest way to pick up travellers at the domestic and international terminal.
The Wait Zone helps make pick ups a lot easier, located just minutes from both terminals. There are over 50 spaces available at The Wait Zone where you can wait, free of charge for 30 minutes.
Drop off and pick up locations at the domestic terminal
A designated area is located on the domestic terminal forecourt for immediate drop-off and pick-up only. We have introduced two coloured areas (the blue zone and red zone) to make it easier for the passenger and the person picking them up to locate each other.
If you want to spend time with friends or family, you’ll need to park in one of our car parks right across from the terminal. Book your short term parking in advance online to save up to 60%.

A designated public area is located in the middle lane of the ground floor of the Transport Hub for immediate drop off & pick -up only, just look for the signs as you enter the Transport Hub building. If you are waiting for a traveller, use The Wait Zone, it has over 50 spaces where you can wait, free of charge for 30 minutes.If you want to spend time with friends or family, you’ll need to park in one of our car parks.
