Major changes to the pick up and drop off locations

International terminal pick up and drop off

A designated public area is located in the middle forecourt lane for immediate pick up and drop off only, just look for the signs as you enter the international forecourt. If you need to wait or prefer to spend time with friends or family, you’ll need to park in one of our carparks right across from the terminal.   

Domestic terminal pick up and drop off

A designated area is located on the domestic terminal forecourt for immediate pick up and drop off only.  Alternatively, to spend more time, make use of the covered short term carpark which has 10 minutes free parking.

 

Auckland Airport is making these essential changes to the International and Domestic terminal forecourts based on feedback from passengers, service providers and the Rugby World Cup Transport Committee. The changes are being made to reduce traffic congestion, improve pedestrian safety and increase the capacity for public bus transport.   

 Due to strict security requirements, any vehicle left unattended at the terminal forecourts may be immediately towed.
