If your travel was disrupted as a result of the significant weather and flooding in Auckland Friday 27th January, and you had an online carpark booking with us, you may have some questions regarding any changes to your dates and travel situation.
General questions Our teams are working very hard to help and answer everyone’s questions as they can and wait times, as expected are unfortunately longer than normal. We ask for your patience at this time, and we’ll try and connect with you as soon as we can. There are some general FAQ’s online that could help you (link to parking FAQ’s), but if you have sent us a message online, via email or contacted our call centre directly, unfortunately you may experience some delay in talking to us or getting a reply back from us at the moment.
Bookings 24 hours prior to travel: You can view, amend, or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before travel. To manage your booking, go to https://parking.aucklandairport.co.nz/aucklandmyb/AmendValidate.aspx and enter both the email address and the booking reference number for your online carpark booking that you received in your emailed booking confirmation. Make sure you click on the PRODUCT drop down box select “Show me all available products for my selected dates” enter the new time and or dates, then press ‘Submit’. This will show you all available carparks for the time/dates you require, then select BOOK. An email will be sent to your email address confirming any amendment or cancellation. Refunds will be made to your nominated card and can take 3 to 5 working days to appear. Travelling out to airport if your able to: If you are able to travel out to the airport as your plans are no longer affected (please check our website for flight time information) and you have your existing carpark booking in place, you can still use this but when you pull up to the entry of your booked carpark before entering the carpark, please press the intercom button and speak with one of the team to ensure your carpark booking hasn’t been affected in anyway. To do this, please have your online carpark booking reference number handy so our team can quickly assist.
