Shop online
Before your trip, shop duty and tax free online with The Mall and select to pick your shopping up in arrivals. You can then pick your shopping up from our arrivals Collection Point, located after you clear immigration, in the baggage claim hall, opposite baggage belt 3.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email for each flight you have purchased for, you will need to show the email when you pick up your items at our Collection Point.
If your flight details change please contact The Mall so we can update your order or if you miss collecting your order, so we can notify our retailers to arrange a return and refund.
Where to collect when arriving into Auckland Airport
If you choose to collect on arrival, you’ll find the Auckland Airport Collection Point after clearing immigration, in the baggage claim hall, opposite baggage belt 3.
At the terminal
If you are shopping at the airport, when you go to buy your duty or tax free items ask if you can leave your shopping for pick up on arrival back into Auckland Airport - it could not be easier!
On your return simply pick up your products when you get off the plane at the collection counters of the duty free stores.
All you need to do is:
- Tell the helpful retail staff you want to use our free pick up on arrival service.
- Keep your receipt.
- Your purchases will be waiting for you at the collection counters of the duty free store in international arrivals.
