After careful consideration, we are closing the Strata Club loyalty programme and retiring the Auckland Airport app. Both will be closed at 23:59 on Monday 30 November 2026.
Over the next three months, we'll be here to help you. Our aim is to make the change as simple as possible while ensuring you can continue to access the services you use most. If you only use the mobile app to book your parking, we’ll assist you in making the easy switch to the Auckland Airport website instead.
Importantly, Auckland Airports international departures lounge, Strata Lounge, is not affected and continues operation as normal.
You'll continue to be able to earn Strata Club points over the next month, and you'll have 90 days to redeem and use your points for parking and with our transport, retail and dining partners. We're encouraging members to enjoy their remaining points and benefits, and we'll send regular reminders about key dates, so you don't miss out.

Your membership remains active, and you'll continue to earn and redeem points and access eligible benefits over the next one month (until 30 September 2026).

The Auckland Airport mobile app is being retired
The app will close on 30 November 2026. Booking parking, which you may currently access through the app, remains available online through the Auckland Airport website. Book parking online.
Your Strata Club login will transition
Your existing Strata Club login will automatically transition to an AKL login from 1 December 2026. When logged in via the AKL login you can continue to manage and book parking using your saved profile details and access The Mall’s saved wish list and order history.

You can unsubscribe from e-mails or delete your account using the links at the bottom of the Strata Club member emails you receive. To update your email preferences, please contact us below.
