How Valet works
Enjoy a seamless journey, simply drive in and the barrier arm will raise, park your car in the Valet lane and begin unloading. Hand your keys to the concierge in the Valet kiosk and you're good to go. Need assistance after arriving? Just let the staff in the kiosk know. Your car will be parked in a secure car park. Collect your keys and car from outside the Valet kiosk on your return.
Valet at International
Conveniently located on the ground floor of the Transport Hub. Look for the separate Valet entry lane as you arrive at the Transport Hub.
Valet at Domestic
Located on level one of our multi-story car park (car park R), follow the signs and take the ramp up to level one.
Mobility Valet - only available at the International
terminal
Our Valet team are here to assist you and are trained in the operation of adapted vehicles so you can be confident when leaving your vehicle with us. For your convenience we have an electric buggy available to transport you directly to the terminal entrance.

This service is only available for those with a valid Mobility parking permit issued by CSS Disability Action.
Return to a spotless vehicle with our car wash and grooming services. Available as an add-on to your Valet booking, simply add your preferred service to your online booking. Once you've dropped off your car we'll make sure it gets the premium service while you're away - ready for you when you return.
